Prototyping

Rapid electronics prototyping in Algeria

Validating early costs far less than correcting a production run. We build a functional board you can test in real conditions before committing to production — usually within 2 to 4 weeks.

How we work

Framing the requirement

We isolate the functions worth proving first — the ones carrying the project’s technical risk.

Validation board

Design and build of a functional prototype, instrumented so it can be measured rather than merely observed.

Field testing

You test on your own site, in your own environment. We instrument and analyse the results with you.

Moving to series

Corrections, industrialisation of the board, and a quote for local production.

What we validate

  • Power consumption and battery life
  • Radio range and link quality
  • Thermal and mechanical behaviour
  • IP65/IP67 sealing
  • Measurement accuracy
  • Robustness in industrial environments

Frequently asked questions

How long until we have a prototype?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks for a validation board. Certification-bound or highly integrated projects take longer.
What if the prototype reveals a problem?
That is exactly its job. Far better to find a limitation on one board than on a thousand. We correct and revalidate before industrialising.
Can we stop after the prototype?
Yes. Each stage is decided on its own: you only commit to series if the prototype convinced you.

Where we work

Our design office and assembly workshop are in Tidjelabine, Boumerdès, an hour east of Algiers. We work with manufacturers, utilities and equipment makers across the country — technical exchanges happen remotely, and we come to site when the project needs it.

Producing locally removes import lead times, customs delays and currency exposure from your production runs.
